CYCLIST Paul Smith from Andover said the petrol prices didn't have too much of an impact on him as he didn't drive.
"I'd much rather cycle as it keeps me fit," he said.
But he admitted that escalating fuel costs were a source of concern.
"Fuel prices have gone up loads since last year. My gas bill has gone up from about £35 a month to £63."
