Bryan Harkett from Andover says the current situation is not bothering him yet, but is affecting his parents.
"I am starting to get worried about it as I'm learning to drive, and my mates are moving to Cornwall."
He added that the property situation could be to his advantage as he is looking to get onto the property ladder.
