Canterbury Tales at St Cross
THE Canterbury Tales will come to life in the unique setting of St Cross Hospital's Brethren Hall, Winchester, on Friday, July 11, in aid of charity.
The Chester House theatre company, from Andover, will bring the classic tale to life, adding a modern twist for an evening of theatre entertainment and supper.
The event is being held to raise money for Naomi House Children's Hospice, in Sutton Scotney, and it's being organised by the charity's Winchester Fundraising Committee.
Tickets for the evening, which starts at 7pm, cost £15 and are available from Naomi House's fundraising office in Winnall.
They must be booked in advance so that catering can be organised.
For more information or to find out about tickets telephone 01962 843513.
