I read that the cost of the controversial Rendezvous (Andover Advertiser 20 June) has risen by £44,000 and yet I look in vain for an apology from or resignation of, the person/s responsible for the original costing.
Is it too much to ask for someone, anyone, to come forward and at least say sorry I made a mistake in my costing'?
No wonder our council tax goes up if overrides of over 50 per cent can be just accepted without question.
