Has permission already been granted for the building of the Tesco megashed as part of Goodman's plan for Andover Airfield?
If not, how can Tesco be offering jobs - well at least interviews for jobs - for a 24/7/365 distribution centre before this planning application has even been considered let alone permission granted for it to be built?

Isn't it up to Test Valley Borough Councillors on the northern area planning committee to decide whether the megashed is to be built or not on the basis of whether it is the right thing in the right place for Andover, and not on how many people apply for possible' jobs?
The number of jobs is not a material planning consideration I understand.
