Girl, 3, in collision with car
A THREE-year-old girl had to be admitted to the Royal Hampshire County Hosp-ital overnight after being in collision with a Peugeot 107 in East Street, Andover.
The child suffered abrasions to the left side of her stomach, bruising and minor cuts and bumped her head. The incident occurred at 9.30pm on Saturday outside the Masonic Hall on the street where a party was taking place. A woman, aged 19 from Andover, driving the Peugeot was said to be shaken by the incident and taken home by family members.

I think the child's parents should be prosecuted as where were they when this happened???.
Too busy thinking of themselves by the sound of it, also social services should be looking in to whether the child should be removed as who in their right mind lets a 3 yo wander round on their own.
Just another example of bad parenting, also name and shame the parents I say.

Also doesn't go into detail about the accident, let's not jump to conclusions about peoples parenting skill shall we?

i would like to say the 3 year old who was knocked over was my daughter and i was there with her i had her hand. I am not a bad parent i love my children very much and if i could change wat happened i would i believe i am a very good parent and my friends and family would agree i dont think you have a right to say im a bad parent you dont even know me so how can you judge me her father also loves her very much. We both went to the hospital with her and stayed by her side alnightI would just like to end this by saying my daugther has fully recovered and is back to her bubbly self.

Both the parents were there when it happened i dont see how any one can criticise them, How deverstating for both of them to see! there was nothing no one could do. People should not talk about their parenting skills in such a serious incident the whole family was torn up by this.Your both great parents to both your kids you dont have to justify yourselve to people who dont no what they are talking about. We are all glad the little girl in safe and well with her EXCELLENT PARENTS.

i think this is bang out of order the saying that my friends are bad parents.how can you say that when you dont even know them ,and you was'nt even there.they are very good parents to both the children.it was accident that didnt mean to happen.everyone has been very destressed over this.but as the child is ok thats all that matters.

not really a good example of being a good parent: spouting off accusations and judgements about an incident you probably know none of the facts surrounding.
Carley, I'm pleased your daugther has fully recovered and is back to her bubbly self.
