What is the point? Taylor Wimpey do not even have outline permission yet.The other major development at Picket Twenty has had outline permission since Jan this year and still no sign of anything happening. By the time these builders actually get around to building anything the current residents of Andover will be too old to remember what they saw at the exibition at St Paul's Church Centre, Smannell
