Trainer is taking on the manager’s role

TECHNICAL trainer Terence Rabe of Fareham company Taylor Made Training Solutions has been promoted to training manager following a successful three years at the firm.

Terence specialises in training IT professionals and engineers who then go on to support users in their respective organisations and holds the latest Microsoft certifications.

In his career so far at Taylor Made, Terence has had the opportunity to work with clients such as the NHS, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust and Portsmouth City Council.

As well as continuing his valuable contribution to Training Solutions, his new role will also include the management and organisation of the training team and overseeing the smooth running of the courses.

Nigel Taylor, managing director of Taylor Made Training Solutions, said: "Terence has been a great asset to the company since his appointment in 2005. His vast wealth of training experience from organisations in both the UK and South Africa only strengthens his offering not only to ourselves, but more importantly to our clients. I wish him every success in his new role."

When he is not in the office, Terence enjoys spending time with his 11-month-old son and family.
